This resource is a product of Building Changes Schoolhouse Washington Project.
Our goal is a collaboratively developed resource that is useful, inclusive, and sustainable. This online tool is intended to be youth-centered, and useful for providers who support students experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability as they transition out of high school. More specifically, it includes information to help young people explore options to meet their needs towards achieving stability, so that they can envision and pursue whatever avenue is right for them post-graduation.
